Sites that once paid but don't as of may/11/10

247bux.com-i got cashout from them at one point so i joined meansbux.com since i got paid from them once. Well i requested again in march of 09 and they said they had run out of money cause they ran into money problems and that they would pay in time and now the site offically closed
